From January 31 to July 27, 2025, the Uniseum Freiburg presented the special exhibition “Bert Jäger in the Mirror of Informel.” The exhibition honored the Freiburg painter Bert Jäger (1919–1998) with approximately 25 works, including paintings and ink drawings, which placed him in the context of other Informel artists. The exhibition was sponsored by AmI. This exhibition also demonstrated how wonderfully well-suited the Uniseum is as a venue for art, thereby making the “Uni in the City” initiative a reality.
